Would you like to learn how to make sushi? Even Japanese people can find it difficult, so we’ve turned our kitchen into a “Sushi School” for one day. Our sushi “professor” will teach the proper way to cut fillets for maki (roll) sushi and nigiri sushi. He will then teach how to make delicious sushi rolls―both large and small. He also teach you how to choose fresh fish  at Tsukiji market.

Sushi School Professor: Jin Saito.
Jin Saito has been making sushi at his popular family-owned sushi shop in Meguro for over 16 years. He is also an avid fisherman, skilled at catching what he serves. Mr. Saito has been featured on many Japanese television shows and other media.

Day: October 24
Time: 8:00am to 1:00pm Fee: ¥5,000 + fish cost by Tsukiji market
Capacity: 8 people.

Note: Please bring your own apron.
